VISITING RULES

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Rules define the procedure for admission of visitors to events (exhibitions, conferences, etc., hereinafter referred to separately as the "Event"), organized by Gefera Media Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1027700211417, TIN 7705365187, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), and also establish rules of conduct for visitors to Events.

1.2. Attendance of Events is possible only if the visitor is familiar with these Rules and agrees with them.

1.3. The visiting rules established by the administrations of the exhibition complexes where the Events are held are applied to the extent that they do not contradict these Rules.

2. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT

2.1. The basis for admission to the Event is a badge – a certificate of the visitor of the Event, containing information about his last name, first name and, if applicable, the organization that the visitor represents.

2.2. The badge can be obtained by the visitor in one of the following ways::

2.2.1. Self–printed - in case of registration as a visitor on the official website of the Event;

2.2.2. Received at the reception desk at the entrance to the Event – in case of registration during the Event or exchange for a cash ticket. A ticket can be purchased at the ticket offices at the entrance to the exhibition complex.

2.3. Receipt of the badge in the cases specified in subclause 2.2.2 of these Rules is possible only if the completed and signed visitor's questionnaire is handed over to the Organizer's representative. The application forms are available at the registration desk for the Event.

2.4. The badge is issued to media representatives after passing the accreditation procedure, the procedure of which is indicated on the official website of the Event.

2.5. The right to attend the Event free of charge may be granted to students of specialized higher and secondary specialized educational institutions on days determined by the Organizer. The admission of these persons to the Event is carried out only if accompanied by a representative of the educational institution according to the list certified by the administration of the educational institution and previously agreed with the Organizer.

2.6. Entrance to the Event is carried out only through turnstile groups installed in places designated by the Organizer and / or the administration of the exhibition complex. To pass through, attach the barcode of the badge to the turnstile reader.

2.7. Visitors are prohibited from handing over the badge to other persons. The organizer has the right to check the correspondence of the last name and the first name indicated on the badge, the last name and the first name of the visitor, for which the person controlling the passage to the Event has the right to require the visitor to present an identity document.

2.8. In case of loss of the badge, the visitor should contact the registration desk for the Event to restore it.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Attendance of Events by persons under the age of eighteen is possible only if they are accompanied by adults, with the exception of the cases specified in clause 3.2 of these Rules.

3.2. The Organizer has the right to set age restrictions on the admission of visitors to the Event in cases stipulated by the Federal Law "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to their Health and/or Development" dated December 29, 2010 No. 436-FZ. In such cases, the age restrictions are indicated on the official website of the Event, reception desks, cash registers and invitation cards, as well as advertising and informational materials dedicated to the Event, in the form of an information product sign.

3.3. The access of persons under the age of eighteen to Events that have been assigned the category of information products "18+" is strictly prohibited. If the person directly implementing the sale of entrance tickets, invitations and other documents granting the right to attend the Event, or the person controlling the passage to the Event, doubts whether the person wishing to purchase an entrance ticket, receive an invitation or other document granting the right to attend the Event, or go to the Event, the person directly the person who sells entrance tickets, invitations, and other documents granting the right to attend the Event, or the person who controls access to the Event, has the right to request from the visitor an identity document (including a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen or a stateless person in the Russian Federation) and allowing to establish the age of this visitor.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

4.1. Visitors are required to observe public order on the territory of the exhibition complex in which the Event is being held and on the adjacent territory, as well as to comply with the legal orders of the Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex.

4.2. When visiting the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is being held, visitors must observe a social distance of at least 1.5 meters, follow the indication of the signal markings on the floor / walls of the premises, as well as the instructions of the representatives of the Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex where the Event is being held.

4.3. Visitors are prohibited from:

4.3.1. To bring any types of firearms, gas and cold weapons into the territory of the Event.;

4.3.2. To bring explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as toxic, poisonous and caustic substances into the territory of the Event.;

4.3.3. To carry and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances on the territory of the Event, to be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;

4.3.4. Enter the territory of the Event with animals;

4.3.5. Enter the Event area in outerwear if there are working closets.;

4.3.6. Bring food and drinks into the Event area;

4.3.7. Travel around the Event area on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other similar vehicles and sports equipment when attending the Event;

4.3.8. Cross the carriageway marked with solid lines inside the exhibition complex where the Event is being held, outside pedestrian crossings, as well as move along the carriageway;

4.3.9. To commit actions that may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organizer, participants of the Event and /or the exhibition complex, the life or health of people located on the territory of the Event; a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring the safety of the Event;

4.3.10. Leaving children unattended;

4.3.11. Apply labels, paste up and distribute printed products, posters, flyers and other products with informational or advertising content, conduct propaganda activities without the written consent of the Organizer;

4.3.12. Organize and conduct unauthorized rallies, demonstrations, marches, picketing, as well as other uncoordinated promotions and flash mobs on the territory of the Event.;

4.3.13. Engage in begging, pollute and litter the Event area;

4.3.14. To be in dirty clothes; with luggage, objects, products that may stain other visitors and exhibits;

4.3.15. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, in buildings and on the open territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is being held, with the exception of specially designated areas.

4.4. If unattended items or suspicious objects are found on the territory of the Event, visitors must immediately inform a representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.

4.5. Visitors are required to familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan posted at the entrance to the Event area.

4.6. In case of an emergency on the territory of the Event, visitors are required to comply with the requirements of the Organizer's representatives and/or employees of the exhibition complex.

4.7. Visitors are required to comply with the regulations of state authorities and local governments in the field of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

4.8. If symptoms of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), acute respiratory viral infections, or pneumonia occur, you should immediately contact the Medical Assistance Service – the ambulance on duty.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. A Visitor may be denied access to the Event or may be removed from it without compensation for the ticket price in the following cases:

5.1.1. In the absence of an entrance / invitation card to the Event;

5.1.2. In case of refusal to undergo a personal inspection, including presenting hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;

5.1.3. When attempting to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is taking place, with prohibited items;

5.1.4. When committing acts that violate public order, as well as when engaging in begging;

5.1.5. In case of non-compliance with these Rules and the requirements of the representatives of the Organizer and/or the exhibition complex in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

5.1.6. When attempting to enter an Event without using personal protective equipment in accordance with clause 2.7 of these Rules.

5.1.7. In the absence of a corresponding QR code in accordance with clause 2.8 of these Rules, in case of refusal to undergo a non-contact measurement of body temperature in accordance with clause 2.9 of these Rules.

5.1.8. If a visitor has an elevated body temperature according to the readings of temperature measuring devices at the control points.

5.2. If a visitor commits illegal actions, he may be transferred to representatives of law enforcement agencies to resolve the issue of bringing him to administrative or criminal responsibility.

5.3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, the exhibition complex or the participants of the Event is subject to compensation in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
